Backlife is a height adjustable machine that uses a motor to create a gentle, repetitive circular motion on the pelvis. In most cases it reduces the sensation of stress and pressure in the lower back area and restores mobility from the very first session. This however is a cumulative process that gradually improves your condition.

It is recommended to use it twice a day for 12 minutes each however no more than once an hour. You can change the height in increments of 5cm to allow it to fit your body.
